Hampton Inn Weston
Weston, Florida USA
Conversion of a 128 all suites hotel to a Hampton Inn including major facade changes and interior modifications to adapt to Hilton brand immersion standards.
2015-2018
Developed a 148 room hotel from the initial conception of the proposal, leading design development, supervision of construction, and initial operations management.

Hotel Morrison 114 - Tower B
Bogota, DC COLOMBIA
Expanded on previous success of Hotel Morrison 114 development by the addition of 55 more hotel rooms and a flexible, 225 square meters of state of the art event hall.
2012-2014
Developed and lead the design of a new 30 unit condominium building contributing to the booming growth of a dormant neighborhood near the heart of Bogota, Colombia.

Building on strengths from our team's previous success with the Library in Neiva I was a contributing participant of the successful proposal for adaptive re-use of another Banco de la Republica property in the island province of San Andres, Colombia.

Was a key driver and leader in the design and development of a 50 room 5-star hotel in a strictly regulated zoning district in North Bogota, Colombia.

Provided an innovative perspective to the successful team awarded the design for the repurposing of a long abandoned bank building into a modern library and cultural center.
